Our miniature dachsund, Bru, has always struggled with fear/anxiety of people and really anything in general. With having 2 growing kids who love having friends over along with us as parents being social, it was hard for us to never be able to be around people with Bru or have them over to our house. I even feared taking him to the vet for a nail trim bc I didn't know how he'd react to the people. We felt like he was missing out on so much love in life that he could be receiving. We planned a family cruise vacation and knew we had to find a solution for Bru. That's when Off Leash came into the picture. We did so much research beforehand to make sure our sweet boy would be properly taken care of (you hear about all the horror stories involving pets) and as soon as we met Quinn at the facility with Bru, we knew she was the one who could help him most. He immediately felt more comfortable close to her than with anyone else he's come into contact with. She knew how to control the situation and made him feel safe. We booked the 2 week board and training with her and seeing his progress pictures and videos along the way have been nothing short of amazing and what feels like, for us, a miracle. Thank you Quinn for loving our boy and giving him the confidence he deserves 💙 we are forever grateful!

This review is specifically about Becky J. We have a unique story to tell about her expertise. She was the foster parent to a dog we adopted. That dog has type 1 diabetes and had a hard time being adopted as a result of her treatment needs. She probably saved this dogs life by fostering it and did all the hard work of learning how to test her blood glucose and do her insulin injections. During the adoption process, she walked us through what her needs where and taught us how to handle her treatment. She also was very patient with us and assisted introducing our new dog to our existing maniac (excuse me, existing wonderful pet). Since we adopted her, we've stayed in touch and she's been a great resource and ally about her treatment. Now that we are owners of this amazing dog we are SO grateful for Becky's work. So, while we aren't conventional customers, we can totally vouch for Becky's warmth and knowledge about dogs. We will certainly be motivated to hire her for training in the future (this dog is being taught how to do mischief by our maniac and they both may need to go to finishing school at some point).

I had an exceptional experience with Kinzie in helping train me, in training my 2 German Shepherds. Both are very good dogs. We rescued a boy 2 years ago, and our older female, barely tolerates him. They both loved Kinzie. She loves the dogs, like her own. Of course, they know when she shows up, it means treats! I have learned to be more patient and I understand their body language better. She helped with our rescue, not be so crazy and run the fence, when our neighbor dogs are out. I have a lot of tools in my box, in dealing with many different situations. I highly recommend Kinzie in training your pups! 🐶
