I would wholeheartedly recommend Chip Gray with Off Leash K9 Dog Training-Lexington Ky. He was very knowledgeable and skilled. He took the time to send me updates via text and short videos. My dog came back home much better behaved after training with Chip Gray. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone whose dog needs manners and behavior correction. He trains all types of dogs…mine is a doodle.

I highly recommend Lewis with Off Leash K9 Training. He made remarkable progress with my almost 6 month cavapoo Oakley. I did the 2 week board and train. He gave me updates on Oakley with texts, phone calls and videos almost daily. It eased my mind knowing he was going to treat him like one of his own. More importantly he spent a couple of hours going over everything that he had trained Oakley on and made sure that I understood what I needed to do to keep progressing forward with Oakley when he turned him back over to me. Now I feel confident in having the tools and skills I need to continue with Oakley as he's growing and learning. I can't recommend Lewis enough.

We had a wonderful experience with Off Leash K9 Training. Chip was our trainer and you can tell that he really loves and cares about what he does. Chip provided updates while our 6 month old Labrador, Teddy, was away at training-- sending videos, pictures and even FaceTiming us while he was working with our pup. We could tell immediately that Teddy was coming back to us a much better listener and we are continuing to work with him now that he's home with us. I've already recommended them to a couple of friends with new dogs. They do a great job!

I can’t say enough good things about this two-week board-and-train program with Chip. From start to finish, the experience was amazing. I received photos and updates almost every day, which made me feel completely confident and reassured that my dog was in great hands. Chip worked extensively on leash manners, obedience, and reactivity, and the difference is honestly incredible. Walks are calmer, my dog is more focused and responsive, and overall behavior has improved so much. The biggest sign? My dog has been asleep since he got home — clearly exhausted in the best way from all the mental work and structure. For anyone hesitant because of age or breed: my dog is a seven-year-old Cocker Spaniel, and this experience proved it is never too late for any dog or any breed to learn and improve. Another huge bonus is the lifetime availability to a trainer if you ever have questions after purchasing the package. That ongoing support makes such a difference and shows how committed Chip is to long-term success. Chip is knowledgeable, patient, and truly understands dogs and behavior. This was absolutely worth it and the best decision I’ve made for my dog. I highly recommend him to anyone considering a board-and-train program!
