Michelle was so great with Raya! I will be honest and say I was nervous about 2 weeks without my little girl and nervous she'd come back with a different personality, but I was wrong! Raya kept all of her goofy golden-ness and quick wit, but is now much calmer in new situations and easier to handle on walks. My husband and I were blown away by the progress made in such a short time! Raya is just over one and we've tried to work on heeling and recall, but the girl loves to chase leaves and say hi to any passing stranger. Now we don't have to worry about her chasing a leaf into traffic or pulling us down (I'm currently pregnant, so it's a real fear). Michelle gave us daily video updates and tips on how to manage Raya when we brought her home, this really helped with my separation anxiety (yes, I know that is something the dog tends to have to work on...). Not only did I know Michelle was paying dedicated attention to her, but she also had a lot of play time - she was a very happy girl! That's really all a pup mom can ask for. Thanks, Michelle!

The amazing Michelle Guarino has now trained 5 of our family's dogs. Most recently, our 6 month old mastiff puppy was with her for a 2 week, in-home Board and Train, with excellent results. Michelle teaches dogs obedience and discipline, but she genuinely loves dogs and is very kind to them. She is also fantastic about maintaining communication with owners while their dogs are with her, giving frequent updates and sending pics & videos. We can't say enough good things about Michelle & the OLK9 program.

Mandy has been amazing to work with. She has instilled confidence in me as a trainer and help build my relationship with our new rescue dog. She is easy to communicate with, very encouraging and works to understand your goals and set you up for success with your dog. Before working with Mandy we had been working with our dog on basic obedience but he was still very impulsive and could jump our fence to chase deer or small animals. He is now excelling at recall, impulse control, basic obedience and really enjoys engaging with us for training. He hasn't jumped our fence and we can call him off chasing deer with a recall. Its been fun to see his progress and we are enjoying all the time spent with our dog! I highly recommend working with Mandy at Off Leash, she is patient, observant and encouraging.
