Brittany was an amazing trainer for our dog Roxy! She tailored Roxy’s training to her specific needs to ensure she got the most out of training. Brittany kept in touch with me the entire board and train and has supported us even after Roxy’s return home! We enrolled our 2.5-year-old corgi, Bambino, in the hybrid training program with Laurie at Off Leash K9, and it was one of the best decisions we've ever made. The Challenge: Before training, Bambino struggled with significant anxiety and aggression. Walks were stressful, and his reactivity made it difficult for him to listen or focus, leaving us feeling unequipped to help him. The Hybrid Process (Which We Loved): The process started with three in-person sessions where Laurie worked with both us and Bambino. This was crucial, it allowed Bambino to build trust with Laurie and gave us a set of foundational commands to practice. After these three meetings he began his two-week board-and-train bootcamp. The Results: Laurie didn't just train Bambino; she equipped our entire family with a toolbox of commands and techniques to manage his anxiety and aggression. The difference is night and day. We now have the skills and confidence to guide him calmly through situations that would have previously overwhelmed him. The Best Part: The Daily Updates! During his bootcamp, we received a detailed report card with photos and videos every single evening. We looked forward to it all day! It was incredible to see his progress, and we’d even joke that he was off on grand daily adventures, living his absolute best life. Ongoing Support: The support didn’t end at graduation. We received comprehensive follow-up materials and videos, and Laurie has made it clear she is always available for questions. We are beyond impressed with Laurie’s expertise and highly recommend Off Leash K9 to any dog owner, especially those dealing with anxiety or behavioral challenges.

We had a sweet but VERY high energy and stubborn rescue that was not listening and destroying everything in the house. After two weeks at Off Leash he is much more controlled and listens. I was kept up daily on what he was learning with videos, photos and a report card and could see the improvement. I reinforce what she has learned daily now that he is home but it is night and day difference. Our trainer, Brittany, was very communicative and kind.

The daily report cards and accompanying photos and videos were fantastic and demonstrated the advancements our dog, Bella, was making each and every day. I trained with Alex to become an Off Leash K9 Trainer, and I highly recommend him both as a teacher and a dog trainer. During my 5 days with him, I got to experience his training methods and care firsthand, and I would trust him with my fur babies wholeheartedly.
