Joyell was absolutely amazing from start to finish, she truly cares about the dogs that she is training, which gave us peace of mind that our pup was in good hands! We sent our 5 month old golden retriever away for just one week, we figured with how young she was and how short of a time it was that it may not be enough to make a difference. Well, I was wrong because our girl learned SO much and she has been amazing ever since we brought her back home! We will absolutely be sending her back for more in depth training as she gets older!

I had the pleasure of working with a dog trainer named JOYELL and I cannot speak highly enough of her expertise and dedication. Joyell’s kindness, patience, and effectiveness in training my new puppy (Cora) were truly outstanding. I entrusted my puppy to Joyell’s care for a week, and during that time, she worked tirelessly for hours each day to teach my new puppy various commands and manners. Her commitment to the training process was evident, and I was amazed at the progress my puppy made under her guidance. She also sent daily pics and videos on my puppy’s progress. Joyell’s kind and gentle approach with my dog was commendable. She understood that each dog has its own unique personality and learning style, and she tailored her training techniques accordingly. She never resorted to harsh methods or force, which made me feel at ease knowing that my puppy was in good hands. What impressed me the most about Joyell was her patience. She was willing to repeat commands and exercises as many times as needed until my puppy grasped them. She never rushed or became frustrated, which created a positive and supportive environment for my dog. My dog can be a wild one, she is a grey hound mix and at times displays very high energy levels. The effectiveness of Joyell’s training methods was evident from the moment my puppy returned home. She had learned essential commands and displayed improved manners. Joyell met with me and provided me with clear instructions and guidance on how to continue reinforcing the training at home, which was incredibly helpful. She practiced with me for about 2 hours and helped me to understand the full training process. I am grateful to Joyell for her dedication and professionalism throughout the training process. Her expertise and genuine love for dogs shone through in every interaction. I highly recommend her to anyone in need of a dog trainer who is not only skilled and effective but also kind, patient, and dedicated.
