I have had Mary back home for 1 wk now, since a 2 wk board and train with Katlin in Christiansburg. I could not be happier with Mary’s progress! Because of the individualized training she received, I am able to safely and confidently walk my 6 month old, 65#, female goldador! Even with other dogs and my grandchildren, she responds to my commands with no more than 1-2 corrections! I received daily written updates with pictures and videos demonstrating how to interact positively with Mary using the E collar and simple one word commands. Katlin is just a phone call or text away when I have questions or concerns. Because of this professional service I am able to keep my beautiful girl! Thank you Katlin and thank you Off Leash K9 Training of Christiansburg!

Our trainer, Katlin, took our 6 month old Weimaraner pup home with her for the 2 week boarding training program and returned an insanely obedient young man. Yes, full-bred Weimaraner. That’s our boy on the right. Initially not a fan of an e-collar, these folks show you how to use one correctly, and let me tell you, this has been a life saver with our dog. We cannot say enough good things about the entire staff here. If you’re reading this, chances are, you should have already called. This is the real deal, and worth every single penny.

It’s a bit expensive but it’s worth every penny. My dog was extremely stubborn, didn’t listen to anyone, and aggressive towards us. Now after this training he’s a new dog! He is so well behaved and he looks much more happier these days. I couldn’t be more thankful for the Katlin for teaching me and helping and training my dog.

Our 9 month dog Blaire & I attended the basic/aggression based training. Blaire had developed some aggression towards myself when getting her bones or toys taken away, my husband and I decided that she needed a more structured training than what we were trying to provide and honestly I started to lose hope. We decided to take the in-person training this means we were able to go to Blaire’s trainings learn the material then have time to practice. We had the basic/aggression based package this included 8 lessons for an hour each lesson. My husband and I absolutely LOVED this experience & highly recommend the lessons! Blaire’s trainer was Jessie and let me tell you she is amazing!!! We could see results within the 2nd lesson. Jessie does a great job working with both the dog and the family to get the best possible outcome! Whenever I had questions about our past lesson Jessie was quick to respond, as an owner and dealing with a dog who struggled with some aggression this was HUGE. Since then Blaire has graduated from her training and is continuing to thrive. I can’t stress enough how amazing this company is and how awesome the lessons are! We truly loved our experience and love Jess!
