Off Leash did amazing work. Trainer Leah had my 3 dogs that all had different issues. Sophie wanted to attack everyone (Bichon nix), Toby would never come when called (Sheltie) and Ellie is afraid of everything (Sheltie). Sophie spent 2 weeks with Off Leash and we have not had any more issues. Toby spent 1 week and now comes when called. Ellie is better with her fear after a week of training, but we will continue to work with her by showing her we are in control and she doesn’t need to worry. I highly recommend Off Leash. They were professional, caring and ready to take on even the most difficult cases. They keep the dogs in home environments with their families. They make sure the dogs are safe.

I paid the $500 deposit for my new rescue shih tzu to be trained who was resource guarding and always growling at my son. When it came within a couple weeks of training the parasite that I’d been treating (that my dog got while he was a foster prior to me adopting him) was still there and I wanted that to be cleared up for the safety of the trainer’s animals and to allow me to continue treating it. They said “no problem just let us know when you want to reschedule”. It took several treatments and to this day isn’t cleared up yet BUT in those months I’ve been trying this little dog has completely changed towards my son. He feels safe in his home and no longer demonstrates the resource guarding he once was. So I texted Brooke and sent pictures of him with my son and told her that amazingly he no longer needs the training. She said “good to hear” but “unfortunately the deposit is non-refundable”. Even though not one second of service was provided, they kept my $500 and I never heard another word after that. I was going to be fair and not even ask for the whole thing but to keep all of it when nothing was ever given in return is just bad business. Please beware. They want lengthy contracts to be signed and you will lose your money if things change with your dog prior to the training date.

Brooke, is an absolutely amazing dog trainer! My dog Ellis, is a 9 lb miniature JR, who needed some focused training for a week with Brooke, even after her in personal training session. Brooke took the time to thoroughly explain her training regimen, and utilized her fitted collar especially for a small dog. I was so excited to see how a weeks training with Brooke, significantly changed Ellis’s manners in sit, come, place, and door manners so she quit running out as soon as the door opened. The one week program definitely changed Ellis and me! My family and I are so happy with what Ellis has learned and how well she did with the training lessons. Thank you so much Brooke for teaching me the skills necessary for Ellis's Off Leash Training - What a Success!!!

I can't say enough good things about their program. From the very first interaction, the team was professional, communicative and clearly passionate about helping dogs and their families! The trainers took the time to explain everything to us in detail and provided great follow up support to make sure we could maintain the training at home. They truly care about setting both the dog and the owners up for long term success!!
