Where do the dogs stay in the board & train program?
Every trainer has a designated kennel room set up in their home or on their property that is heated and cooled. Each kennel room is equipped with crates that are safe from even the most persistent escape artist.
Cleanliness is of upmost importance to us and every trainer is scheduled accordingly in order to make sure that when a dog leaves, the room and kennels are ready for their next client.

While participating in our 2 Week Board & Train Program, a trainer is authorized up to three clients dogs at a time. This is at the discretion of the trainer. Each dog is worked to their max capacity in time per session. (This could be 30 minutes up to 3 hours at a time for one session) How many sessions are worked in a day is determined on the mental and physical energy that dog can work in a day.
This means that a dog can spend anywhere between 3 to 6 hours a day working and the rest snoozing in there kennel.

For all puppies that are under 6 months of age we do not offer potty training. The reason for this is it takes a very strict schedule in the puppies day to get on a normal cycle of eating/drinking, play time, training time, and crate time. There are a lot factors that go into successfully potty training a dog such as maturity, genetics, breed, size, age, and medical.
However, we do offer additional support when a semi potty trained pup participates in our Board & Train Program.

We guarantee our training as long as the program is followed by the owners as the trainer has set for their dogs needs.
Classes require for the client to work with their dog every day for 45 minutes on the assignment that was given by the trainer. The success of classes is 100.00% determined by how much the client works with their dog.
For the 2 Week Board & Train to be successful, the client must maintain their dog in the manner which the trainer set fourth on turn over day.

Are your classes set up in groups or they individual?
All our class programs are one on one with a trainer. We value giving our clients our undivided attention when working with their pet. This is very important as the trainer will discuss behaviors they see with the owner, and teach the owner how to handle those behaviors. This essentially creates a better bond between the owners and their pet through obedience.

My smart, energetic and very sassy puppy needed and deserved excellent and intensive training. After 2 weeks with Lindsey, Gilda is truly an off-leash dog and one I can count on to consistently respond to my commands. The freedom this training has afforded her makes us so, so happy. Gilda clearly loved her time there as evidenced by how happy and healthy she was at pick-up and her joy when we recently saw Lindsey. I loved the videos and photos I received during her stay and really appreciated the patience Lindsey showed and the clear instructions and training I received at our pick-up session, which was open to our whole family. Gilda goes almost everywhere with us now and we are constantly asked how she came to be so well-behaved. We are completely happy with our experience and love taking our well-trained and still-sassy pup to restaurants, outdoor concerts, stores, homes of friends and family and anywhere dogs are welcomed. We consider sending Gilda to Lindsey one of our best decisions as life-long dog owners.

I cannot say enough about Lindsey and Blake. They first met my Doberman, Frank, during the fall of 2020 for the 2 week board and train course. To say they did an outstanding job is an understatement. Not only did they do a great job, we could tell they poured love into our fur baby. Frank has seen them on multiple occasions out in public and for boarding purposes and we can tell he absolutely loves and respects them both. We know they care because we had a very minor episode of behavioral changes after getting him snipped around his 2nd birthday, and after contacting Lindsey to inquire about it they didn’t hesitate to come to our home to address it. Let’s just say they know their stuff! To date we haven’t had any issues since after just a few hours of correcting that day. As long as they are around I will never recommend anyone other than them to train or board K9’s. We truly feel as if they love our Frank like their own.

I can’t praise Lindsay enough for the amazing training on our once crazy GoldenDoodle, Sailor! After two weeks with Lindsay, Sailor came home a new dog! She is now safer to be around our kids, can go on walks properly without pulling, knows commands, and is more enjoyable to be around. I took my two 2 year old labs: Teddi & Frankie to Lindsey & Blake for some remedial in-person training. Lindsey & Blake are extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to get to know my dogs and help work through areas needing improvement. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a dog trainer.
