FirstBarkOur trainer we worked with was Shay. She was very helpful with our little girl and was always available via call/text if I had any questions outside of training. She helped me to understand my dog and how I can better train her without feeling guilty. She was very pleasant to work with. I would definitely work with Shay again!

Shay customized the training to our needs, listened to our concerns, and is always will to go the extra mile to help us and our dogs. She even helped craft a message to our landlord when our dog was attacked by a neighbor. I can't recommend Off Leash K9 highly enough, and Shay in particular.

Absolutely wonderful place! We took our 8 month old Catahoula here for his obedience lessons. I wasn’t sure how he was going to do on his first visit, our dog is wide open and full of energy!!! Cristin was our trainer and from the first day Roux loved her. She took control of him very quickly and I was amazed in how well he responded to her. We worked on different commands over 4 lessons inside and outside of the building. Not only did Cristin help with what comes with the program she also asked if there was anything in particular we wanted to work on him with. She told us we could call or text her anytime with any question we had and she always responded quickly. I will definitely go back to them when we get another dog.
We took our dog Moose to Off Leash K9 in Vinton. He was very unruly and stubborn. Shay took Moose under her wing and changed him! They clicked instantly! She is such a great trainer and patient with the unruliness of the dogs! Thank you so much Shay!
