I attribute that fundamental training as setting a very solid baseline in which I’ve been able to keep training her myself. We’ve since left the PNW and relocated to the Island of Oahu. I can set anyone’s mind at ease that now 5 years later, I can still work with any OLK9 instructor near me for refreshers as a part of the lifetime training guarantee.
We had a great experience! Our trainer, Joy, was communicative, sending daily updates on how our dog, Murphy, was doing and answering all of my questions promptly. Murphy came home happy and well-behaved! Would definitely recommend!

I had been looking for a ‘boarding’ type training for a while for our five month old Boston Terrier, Benny, when I came across Off Leash K9 Training. Although Benny is young, he has a big personality and an even bigger attitude. Before his trainer, Angie, took him under her wing, you could see and feel the frustration in our family over Benny’s stubbornness and destructive behavior. Although it can be nerve wracking leaving your pet in someone else’s care, you could see the passion Angie has for her job and the dogs in her program. I received daily summaries of Benny’s progress including pictures and videos which was reassuring. You could visibly see his confidence grow as he successfully learned each command and Angie balanced all his hard work with plenty of playtime and belly rubs. Once the program was complete and I went to pick him up, it was like I was seeing a totally different Benny. Although he was still the same goofy, lovable pup, he was now engaged, attentive, and looking for ‘direction’ to receive the resulting praise for a job well done. Angie also took the time to provide me with my own ‘training’ to ensure I understood how best to support Benny and continue his success once back home. I’m extremely grateful to the Off Leash K9 Training program and would highly recommend Angie to anyone looking for a safe, reliable, and effective trainer for their dog!
