Off Leash K9 Training, Richmond

We had the best experience with Off Leash and trainer Rebekah. Our two dogs, Zoe and Doug just finished a week of board and train with Rebekah. She was great! It was easy to schedule and we knew Rebekah would take great care of our dogs as soon as we met her. You can tell she truly cares about your dogs, their well being and providing quality training. We got lots of updates and Rebekah spent ample time with us at pick so we could continue reinforcing her training. We would highly recommend Off Leash to anyone!

We cannot say enough about the fantastic training Austin did with our Maisie. She was a 5 month old Labrador with crazy energy and not sure what to do with it and neither did we, but Austin did. We did the 2 week board and train and truly could not believe what was accomplished. We were speechless. Maisie followed all the commands and was excited about doing so. She was still our playful pup but followed the commands like a champ. We cannot recommend Austin enough. He truly listened to our concerns and struggles. He taught Maisie and us so well. He loves what he does because you can truly see and feel it. He’s so patient and wants you and your pup to succeed. He was great at communicating with us while Maisie was at “camp”. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. It’s the best decision we made regarding training for our Maisie girl. Austin, we cannot thank you enough.

Daisy did the board & train with Austin for 2 weeks. We loved our experience with him. Daisy absolutely loved her time with him. I had many long conversations with Austin beforehand & he spends all the time you need answering questions. Before training, Daisy was a dog that was severely scared & timid of people & the world. She barked at everyone & would pull you away from anyone. She would do anything to not be near strangers. She would never walk past a person. I couldn’t even get her to go down the driveway to go on a walk or get the mail. On the day of drop off, when Austin walked in she barked at him & hid under the table until it was time for us to leave. I had to get her out to be able to hand her over to him & she was very nervous which made me sad to leave her. She took a few days to warm up. When I picked her up, she was attached to Austin. She still barks but warms up way quicker to people. She walks through Home Depot right past people without hesitating now & let a stranger pet her. She goes on hour long walks. She walked over to the neighbors house. She followed the little girl next door all around our house. Austin kept me very up to date with updates, pictures, videos, phone calls. I was so sad & nervous leaving Daisy & he made me feel so much more at ease with all the videos, phone calls & updates. Austin will take as much time as you need to talk on the phone with you. He definitely is dedicated to his work. After spending an hour talking to me on the phone he still had to take Daisy to Home Depot at 8 at night. He helped Daisy gain so much more confidence than she had before. I really do think she had a lot of fun with him & his family. He also has stayed in contact with me after training, texting to check on Daisy. Most of all my dog enjoyed her session & Austin was amazing!
