We couldn’t be happier with the care and training Bowman received from Katie! From the moment we dropped him off to the day we picked him up, she was incredibly thorough, professional, and attentive. She kept us informed every single day with pictures, videos, and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. The progress Bowman made is truly amazing. He came home knowing his commands so well and is a more well behaved dog in all the best ways. You can tell how much time, effort, and skill Katie put into working with him, it really shows. It was also clear from the updates just how much Bowman loved his time with her. He truly bonded with Katie, and that means everything to us. You can tell she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with and treats them like her own. We are beyond grateful for the love, patience, and dedication she showed. Thank you so much, Katie, for taking such amazing care of Bowman. We can’t recommend her enough!

We sent our chocolate lab puppy Livvy to the 2 week board and train. Livvy is a typical lab puppy, crazy, full of energy and quite a handful sometimes. Jordan did an awesome job with her. He kept us updated while we were out of town and let us know how she was progressing. Prior to the training with Jordan, Livvy was easily distracted and difficult to walk on a leash. Now she is actually enjoyable to take on a walk and doesn't drag us down the sidewalk when she sees another dog or animal. When we picked Livvy up after her 2 week training, Jordan was very helpful in training us on how to handle our puppy, and very patient with us and our kids. We would highly recommend Off Leash K9 Training, Richmond.

I cannot recommend Off Leash training enough, especially trainer Rebekah! Rebekah was phenomenal with our puppy, Zoey. Zoey did the 2 week board and train as a 5 month old, typical hyper Mini Aussie. Zoey came back having learned so much from the training and was still the fun puppy she left as, but with better manners. She was eager to be put to “work” once she returned home and has done great ever since. Rebekah kept us up to date with daily reports and the sweetest videos and pictures while she was away, which made the 2 weeks fly by. I could tell how much Rebekah loves her job and the dogs just from our time together at drop off and pick up. Zoey adored her and loved her time training. Zoey even recognized (although she stayed in her place) another trainer she got to know during her stay when we were out “working” her at Bass Pro. The trainers and program is so great and we will never have another dog without using Off Leash training program, specifically requesting Rebekah (if possible) in the future!

Jordan was absolutely incredible with Athena, and I truly cannot recommend him enough. From the very beginning, it was clear how knowledgeable and intentional he is with his training approach. Athena came in needing help with discipline, structure, and basic obedience like heel, and the transformation has honestly been amazing. Her ability to walk calmly on a leash now and actually listen, even in distracting environments, is something I didn’t think we’d achieve this quickly. What stood out the most to me was how much care and attention he gave her as an individual. He didn’t just “train” her, he built a genuine bond with her. Athena was so happy the entire time, which meant everything to me. You could tell she trusted him and felt safe, and that made such a difference in how well she responded and learned. Jordan also went above and beyond in the time and effort he put in. He was patient, consistent, and incredibly affectionate with her, which helped bring out the best in her personality while still reinforcing structure and discipline. It never felt rushed or impersonal, he truly treated her like his own. If you’re looking for a trainer who not only gets results but also genuinely cares about your dog’s well-being and happiness, Jordan is 100% the one to go to. I’m beyond grateful for everything he’s done for Athena.
