Leaving Carson, our beloved but somewhat undisciplined pooch, in the hands of Michael for the 2 Week Board & Train program was a decision filled with apprehension. Yet, it turned out to be one of the best decisions we've ever made for our furry friend. Michael’s professionalism and passion for dogs were evident from day one. He kept us in the loop with daily report cards, which included videos and pictures that showcased Carson’s journey and progress. This constant communication was not only reassuring but also incredibly heartwarming to see Carson’s growth. The transformation we witnessed when Carson returned home was nothing short of astounding. He went from being easily distracted and hard to manage to a well-behaved and obedient companion. Michael's training methods clearly worked wonders, focusing on both basic obedience and off-leash control, which was important to us. The difference in Carson's behavior was like night and day, adhering to commands with enthusiasm and much-needed discipline. What set Michael and Off Leash K9 Services apart was not just the outcome but the entire process. The daily updates allowed us to see the incremental changes in Carson’s demeanor and skills, making us feel a part of his journey even from afar. Michael’s dedication to ensuring Carson’s success and happiness during the program was truly above and beyond. Upon Carson's return, Michael took the time to walk us through everything Carson had learned, demonstrating the commands and giving us tips on how to reinforce this training at home. It was evident that Carson had not only learned a lot but had also formed a strong bond with Michael, a testament to the care and attention he received. I cannot recommend Michael and Off Leash K9 Services highly enough. For anyone considering a board and train program, this is the place to go. The transformation your dog will undergo is incredible, and the peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands is invaluable. It’s a 10/10 from us, and undoubtedly, Carson would agree if he could!
