Hello Christy Flynn, This is very interesting to us and I must say very insulting. We have a outstanding reputation of working with owners and their dogs. Unfournatley, you are leaving out so many details. Firstly, you booked a lesson program for your dog without talking to your husband in detail about training and expense. You showed up for the first lesson and completed a 90-minute session in our facility with the trainer. There were no complaints, in fact you were raving about your experience with the trainer. Four days later you reached out to us via text and said thay your husband (who was not at the lesson with you and your dog) was not on board with YOUR decision to enroll your dog into training and you were disappointed as you were hoping he would come around (per your text). When we talked with you nothing was mentioned about your dog being over stimulated or you being unhappy with our services. If there was a legitimate complaint filed we would have taken it very seriously and handled it, but YOU know that is not the case. You also only mentioned that you needed to cancel future lessons as you and your husband were working things out. We told you that we were happy to help you and we could move lessons around, we even offered to work with your husband as he was not at the first lesson. You ignored us and told us you were too busy to talk and that you would call back. You never mentioned anything about a refund and we never agreed to giving you a refund. Today which was sixteen days after we last spoke to you, you demanded a refund which we politely declined per our refund policy in the contract you signed. You yourself said in messages with us that you were happy to work with us, but you did not tell your husband all of the details about what you invested in. We tried calling you multiple days in a row and you declined to call us back. This is a very confusing situatuon as YOU were so on board with us and our training Techniques up until we told you per our policy we would not be refunding. You have been very rude and unreasonable. You mentioned "it doesn't cost anything to refund me" It does though. You booked something and made a agreement with us which we therefore set aside, personell, equipment, and use of our facilities. You didn’t return any equipment to us. It cost us everything because we are prepared to give you and your dog the world. You are taking a issue that is between you and your husband out on a business who works VERY hard to help the people and dogs around us in the community. We are sad to see that this is the way you choose to behave but we are thankful for the feedback. We truly hope your day gets better. In regards to this review we have substantial documents and evidence that these claims are untrue and we would be happy to provide them to anybody who asks.
