Off Leash K9 Training Texas

We couldn't be happier with the results from our board and train experience with Brandon and Laci. We enrolled our Portuguese Water Dog, Riggs, in a couple of different sessions (1 week puppy, 2 week advanced board and train and another 1 week advanced intro to public program) all before he was 6 months old and the transformation was incredible. Before training, he was a puppy with all the typical puppy challenges—constant excitement, difficulty settling, zero manners and he was pretty bossy (apparently common for this breed). Brandon and Laci gave him a strong foundation while also teaching us how to continue his training at home. They took the time to explain not just what to do, but why it works, which made us feel confident maintaining his progress. They also gave us clear guidance on what to do at home so we could keep up the skills they taught Riggs when he was at board and train. We saw an enormous improvement in his obedience, impulse control, leash manners, off leash skills and ability to settle. We also really liked that Riggs is living with them during this time and meeting their other pets which is great for socialization. Brandon and Laci genuinely care about every dog they work with, and they were always available to answer questions and provide support. The investment was absolutely worth it!

Just completed a 2 week board and train with Sam for our 5yr Pittie rescue Ginger (struggled with resource guarding) and our sons 1yr energetic Pointer mix Weston. Leaving our pets with anyone let alone for 2 weeks was a challenge for us but it was the best thing we could have done. Throughout the 2 weeks, Sam kept us at ease with daily videos to see the progress they made. We couldn’t wait for new videos to post each day, seeing our pups cared for and the improvements each day put smiles on our faces. He didn’t just train our dogs, he trained us to keep supporting and developing their new behaviors. Knowing he is available for ongoing support after the program gives us so much peace of mind. We finally have the tools to give our dogs a better quality of life (and us). As I write this it’s been 1 week out of training and home life and walks are much improved, Ginger and Weston are much more relaxed as well as us. You can only do better when you know better! I really appreciated how Eddie reached out two weeks prior to me boarding Hercules. He asked several questions to get to know him and asked if we had any concerns regarding his training. During the training, we received regular videos and photos to keep us up-to-date while we were on vacation. When we went to pick Hercules up, Eddie took his time with us to make sure that we felt comfortable with the training that Hercules had received. He made sure that we understood how to use the tools that were provided to us. When we left the studio, we definitely felt like we had more control of Hercules and we had more understanding of the training that he went through. I would definitely recommend anyone who’s looking for boarding and/or canine training in the Lewisville/DFW area.
