Tori is excellent. She is professional, prepared, and extremely knowledgeable. Our dog Cici is much better behaved after a short session with Tori. As new pet owners, we have learned so many things about our dog and her behavior that we did not ever imagine possible. We are looking forward to many more learning sessions.
In just a couple of weeks our dog went from biting everything and everyone to knowing several commands. We are able to use those to curb his nipping. The kids would cry and cry and be paralyzed on the couch for fear of getting bit and now they’ve learned to give commands and positive reinforcement to our puppy. It was a night and day difference in just a couple of weeks. We’re so grateful!
