Off the Beaten Trail Canine Facility

I'd give this place a billion stars if I could!!! Jeff is SO knowledgeable and seems to have such a natural communication technique with ANY dog. This place is amazing, and the support they offer before, during, and after is simply unmatched. I am forever in their debt; they gave my dog a whole new lease on life, and provided me with all the tools necessary for successful, long-term behavior change. Thank you thank you THANK YOUUUU!!!

When my wife decided I needed my FIRST EVER dog (grew up with cats and still have 3 of them), which had to be a lab no less, for my 60th birthday I had no clue what I was in for. After 3 months, of reading books, listing to pod casts and recommendations from friends, we reached out to Jeff and his team for HELP. Jeff has been blessed with the patience, love for dogs and the innate understanding of what Dogs are looking for and more importantly how to share that understanding with their owner. For the first early last month we were able to walk our dog without getting dragged begin her. Then earlier this week, we had her off the leash (in a controlled area) and she was amazing. Running around, while making sure she always kept us in her sights. I can't say enough about Jeff and his team and highly recommend them! Its finally a pleasure (and not a tug of war) to take out Dog for a walk.
