Off The Leash Academy

Life changing! Winston, my 2 year old Rottweiler was out of control! He is by no means a "bad-boy", just the product of a busy work schedule and lack of consistency. Averaging 90 lbs, he pulled furiously on his leash, jumped on everyone, scratched, barked, and roughed his way around everywhere. I had him in everything from puppy obedience classes to doggie daycare but his behavior was regressing and becoming less responsive; We reached the point where I was no longer able to leave him with anyone because of this. I was growing frustrated by the day and desperately searching for K-9 obedience schools/ trainers throughout the state, yes state! I was willing to drive him hours away from home for some much needed help. Contrary to any other trainer/program I had researched or enrolled Winston in, we had to interview for the opportunity to enroll with Off The Leash Academy! Adam met with us at our home and completed a thorough assessment of Winston's behaviors and my concerns. A couple days later, we received notice that he was accepted for the Resident Training Program! Winston stayed at Off The Leash Academy for 8 weeks and came home a happy, healthy, less stressed, obedient dog! Not only did he learn about structure, limitations, and discipline, I did too! Adam educated me on the principles of his training techniques and how to apply them effectively for a consistent, rewarding, and gratifying experience for Winston, myself, and all others that enjoy his presence. My overall experience so far has been exceptional! I am extremely proud and grateful of the hard work and tenacity that Adam and his wife Melissa have dedicated to us. It has by far been one of the most rewarding experience/ investment for me.

Simply the best! You won't regret your decision to work with Adam. Cost is on the higher side, but I promise it's more than worth it. I had three out of control older dogs. When Adam came into our lives I wasn't sure if my babies were fixable. I can't believe I ever had to live like we were. He has changed my relationship with them and shown me that the things I thought were impossible are not that difficult. I now have 4 wonderful dogs and can't imagine It any other way.
