Ohana K9 Academy - Dog Training, Boarding & Dog Daycare

Ohana is a great place to go for dog training. The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and seem to really enjoy the work they are doing. We took our 2 year old Dogo Argentino there for a 6 week board and train program because she was aggressive and extremely reactive. Ohana is not the cheapest board and train program in the area, but they seem to offer the most comprehensive service for the money. Once enrolled in their program we have a lifelong partner in our goal of having a well trained dog. The program we chose offers unlimited refresher lessons, either at our home or their facility for the rest of our girls life. The day we finished training, the trainer was already talking about a scheduled home session to help adjust away from the highly structured environment of school. Our trainer, Tobin, was professional, knowledgeable, patient, passionate, and friendly. We received daily update videos and were always a part of the process. Our weekly education sessions were useful in getting to know the reasons behind our dog’s behavior, and how to begin to control it. I highly recommend Ohana for all training needs.

OhanaK9 was incredible for Moose’s puppy training. They made us feel like family and made sure that Moose not only learned his commands, but also how to properly socialize and play with other dogs. The care and attention they give truly sets them apart. We couldn’t be happier with our experience! We highly recommend to anyone looking for a training program that feels personal and effective. A huge shout out to Louie for being such an amazing trainer and to all of the kennel techs for making Moose feel so loved!

We brought our 2 GSPs in for the 6-week adult board and train program with TJ. TJ did an amazing job with them. When we brought them in, they couldn’t walk correctly on a leash (pulling and wild) and now we can walk them and bring them into stores and they don’t even get bothered by other dogs or people. It’s amazing. We are so grateful to Ohana and TJ for getting our pups trained. We will continue to bring them for refresher training in the years to come. Ohana has been our go to facility when it comes to training our dogs. Chuyee was our first trainer with our girl Luna and he did an amazing job with her. We’ve only used TJ and Chuyee as trainers but there are many more trainers at Ohana. With our experience I’m willing to bet all trainers are as amazing as Chuyee and TJ.
