We took our dog Reed to the basic and advanced training classes with Ashley. We had such a great experience with Ashley and all the trainers we came in contact with. Since Reed enjoyed being in class so much we decided to try out daycare. He loves his daycare days! His dog and human friends at daycare are amazing. The staff is so caring and we love the daycare report card. You can absolutely tell that they love the dogs and we feel safe knowing that he is being so well cared for. We would absolutely recommend On-Command for training and daycare.

As a rescue group, we work tirelessly to save dogs in urgent need — and sometimes that means calling on extraordinary partners in times of crisis. When our team was in a bind and urgently needed help with two dogs at risk of euthanasia at a local shelter, a former client recommended Ross and his team at OnCommand Canine Training in Telford, Pennsylvania — and we couldn’t have been more grateful. They were always eager to share their deep knowledge of dog behavior and training — and through their updates, guidance, and conversations, we learned something new every single day. Thanks to their dedication, Fendi bloomed into a confident, adoptable girl — and when the time came, Jasmine, a senior trainer with the group, found her perfect adopter, ensuring she would finally have the loving home she deserved. Today, she’s thriving in her forever family. The second dog, Santana, a three-year-old pit bull, was on the euthanasia list on the same day as Fendi, and we simply had no place for her, hard as we tried to help. Once again, Ross opened his heart and his door, personally picking Santana up and giving him the soft landing he so desperately needed. Through structure, patience, and care, Ross and Ashley provided the same thoughtful daily updates and progress reports, helping us witness his transformation in real time. They rebuilt Santana’s trust, confidence, and sense of safety — and once again, when we were struggling under the pressure of saving so many lives, Ross found Santana’s foster home himself, giving us hope when we needed it most. These were not easy dogs — strong, sensitive, shelter-stressed pit bulls — Ross and his Team gave them the chance they deserved with open hearts and expert hands. What Ross and his Team did for both Fendi and Santana was not just an act of training — it was an act of advocacy and nurture. I can’t say enough great things about On Command dog training and Ashley! From the very first session, Ashley showed such a deep understanding of dog behavior and training techniques. She was very patient and clear throughout all the session with not only Panzer, but with me as well. Ashley took the time to explain why certain behaviors happen and showed me step-by-step how to correct them in a way that built my dog’s confidence. She answered all my questions and always made sure I had a good understanding on whatever technique we were working on before moving on to the next. Nothing was ever rushed.
