My wife and I brought our dog here to fine-tune his listening skills and overall manners, with the hope of eventually pursuing therapy certification. Over the course of about 10 weeks, we completed three training courses and worked closely with Aubry. I truly cannot speak highly enough of her or the entire team. We were nervous at first, but Aubry consistently treated us with kindness, respect, and patience. She took the time to answer every question we had and made the entire process feel approachable and supportive. When it came time for our dog to enter therapy training, Rebecca, the owner, led the class. It quickly became clear where Aubry learned her approach—Rebecca was just as communicative, respectful, and knowledgeable, and she played a huge role in helping our dog successfully earn his therapy certification. Since completing the program, I’ve recommended On Command to over a dozen people. The quality of training, the professionalism of the staff, and the positive environment they’ve created are truly outstanding.
