FirstBarkSent my goldendoodle, Brisket, to their 6 week obedience program. Alex and Grant are extremely professional and handle the dogs as if they were their own . Brisket came back a new dog and listens to all of the commands they taught. I highly recommend sending your dog to One Shot Retrievers obedience program

Grant and Alex Huff have a combined 35 years experience training dogs to an advanced level for AKC hunt tests, duck hunting, and obedience. They both grew up in East Texas with a love for duck hunting and dogs, which eventually led them to a career working with dogs of all breeds. They love seeing dogs reach their full potential and bridging the knowledge gap between clients and their pets. Alex and Grant have been such a pleasure to work with. My dog is a pit/lab mix that is 6 years old and a rescue. She desperately needed obedience training and would always bolt out the front door and I would have to chase after her in a vehicle to get her back in. Alex and Grant spent 6 weeks with her and now it’s like she’s a new dog! I have been very pleased with my experience with them and you can tell how passionate they are about the dogs they work with. The first time I called they answered right away and helped with any questions I had before drop off and after. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking for obedience training or more!
The One Shot team is excellent, Alex did a great job finding Ella and helping me through the process with me on the East Coast of Maryland. Alex and Grant built up Ella's confidence and knowledge and started her on AKC senior hunt tests, she is now a titled SH and working on Masters with one pass this spring. A speedy but controllable dog and phenomenal hunt companion. Thanks for all you do!
Alex and Grant are BEST OF THE BEST! We sent our 6 month old Lab puppy Hazel for training for 4 months and we are extremely PLEASED with how well she was trained!!! Thanks so much OSR!!!!! Can’t wait to send her back for more training!

Even a year later, she still knows all of her commands and obeys well. At One-Shot Retrievers, they treat your dog well and train them even better. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for training for their dog.
