Operation Good Dog

Luke is very knowledgeable and my two labradoodles had fun and learned so much from him. It was amazing to watch. They would look at him as if asking "whats next?! To my delight, they are trainable! ☺️ Luke trains the trainers as well. That was really important. It was very interesting and helpful to learn more about my dogs behaviors. Luke explained their body language clues and what to watch for. I highly recommend operation good dog!

I cannot recommend Luke enough!! He is the most passionate dog trainer I have ever met. Luke took so much time explaining how to understand our dog and how we can best communicate with him. We have a very rambunctious blue heeler named Ranger that we rescued, and Luke helped us make so much progress with him! He had been attacked by other dogs in the past. We’ve worked on a lot of reactivity around guests coming over and meeting other dogs around our apartment. Ranger can be skeptical of some men, but he warmed up to Luke right away! After putting in the time and work with training, Ranger walks much better on a leash, is less reactive to other dogs, and has learned to love his crate more! Operation Good Dog is the perfect place to go for any one on one training you need and to build a better relationship with your pup!

My experience with Luke was amazing! Extraordinarily professional, well prepared with lesson plans and follow up over views specific to our sessions. He takes the time to assess and address all issues you may be having and gives you tools to help you work with them, as well as setting up a program to teach you foundation skills. Yes he is a ‘dog trainer’ and is absolutely wonderful with dogs but more importantly he is a people trainer giving you the skillset you need to become successful as a dog owner. Highly recommend!!!

Luke was so wonderful to work with! He is very knowledgeable and was always patient with all of my questions. He takes the time to talk through everything with you and make sure you understand the concepts of training. He also gives you a customized training plan along with plenty of videos and resources after each session which are extremely helpful. We noticed positive progress after only a few sessions, and I really enjoyed the time spent training with my dog and cherished the small victories we shared together. Investing in an in-home trainer was hands down the best decision we made for our dog and for us; the sessions really helped me to build confidence in how to handle my dog’s reactivity. While I have had dogs most of my life, I was totally unprepared to deal with the anxious, reactive (though utterly sweet and comical) dog that is now part of my life. Thanks to Luke's knowledge and infinite patience with Honor and me, while we still have a long way to go, we have gained a lot of ground in calm, appropriate behavior and obedience. I expect we'll continue to call on Luke to help us work through issues as they arise.
