Raised thousands of dollars, being promised the whole time that as soon as I had the money they’d get a dog within weeks. Got the full $10,000 (though they tried to say “didn’t we agree on $12k?”) and then waited months as they kept saying “we have the perfect dog!” and then it mysteriously fell through. Finally couldn’t wait any longer as I desperately needed the help; when I asked for a full or at least partial refund so I could put the money towards training my own dog or into a different program, they refused and denied any culpability (though they sure blocked me quickly!). Almost three years later I am finally functioning well enough (no thanks to them) to speak out. Stay away!! They’re taking advantage of people who desperately need help and have little to no recourse if they screw us over.

Stay away! This place is a complete scam! If I could give 0 stars I would! As soon as I paid my portion of it, Brice said he would begin the search for my dog. Every dog we came across there was a reason why that dog wouldn’t work. He would miss our phone sessions which were very crucial because I was deployed at the time. I kept emailing and texting him, but I got no response. I asked for my money and still nothing. So now they gave me no choice but to sue.
