I have been using a dog groomer for over 15 years for my dog’s grooming needs and she recently retired. I found it to be a lot harder to replacer her than I thought it would be. A veterinarian clinic referred me to OROK9 Grooming, I made an appointment and was amazed the groomer, Michelle, immediately took my little companion and because she only scheduled one canine at a time there was a relaxed atmosphere in the room as she took the time to get to know my dog and make her comfortable. The Grooming station was spotless as well as the entire grooming area. When I picked my companion up she was perfect right down to the paint and nails and the beautiful bow. I am overjoyed in what I found in OROK9 and not only that, the cost was considerably less than what I previously paid. What else could you ask for?

We came here for grooming services for our GSD, and to be honest, I was a little worried at first. My dog has a long-standing personal beef with water sprayers, and this was her first visit to a professional groomer. I was genuinely concerned that I'd come back to pick her up and Michelle would be missing hands. Thankfully, Michelle proved far more skilled than my dog is stubborn. She was incredibly patient, caring, and clearly knows how to handle dogs of all personalities. Our GSD looked fantastic, was happy when we picked her up, and Michelle still had all her fingers. That's a win across the board. I can't say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend!

We were at a point where our two chocolate labs could not even be trusted together without trying to seriously hurt each other. Our home constantly felt tense, and we were always on eggshells trying to prevent another fight. Handing our dogs over to someone else was nerve-racking because they are our babies, but Antonio completely exceeded every expectation we had. From the start, Antonio was professional, patient, and genuinely caring. He sent us almost daily videos showing their progress, along with pictures of them happy, relaxed, and smiling like we hadn’t seen in a long time. He also invited us over to personally see the work and training in action, which gave us more confidence and peace of mind throughout the process. (When Bailee and I both got into our car to go home, we both smiled and said we made the right decisions going with Antonio - without a doubt!) We got our dogs back this past Monday, and Antonio has continued checking in every single morning to see how they are adjusting and doing at home. That level of care after the training was finished speaks volumes about the kind of person he is. He truly loves what he does and genuinely cares about both the dogs and their owners. Our older dog is extremely stubborn, and honestly, we weren’t sure anyone could help us get to this point. What Antonio accomplished with our labs has completely changed our home life for the better. We cannot thank him enough for his dedication, communication, patience, and continued support. If you are nervous about trusting someone with your dogs, I can confidently say Antonio is the real deal.

With a Baby coming in a couple of months, we were desperate to get help training our one-year-old Bernedoodle, who still has a lot of puppy in him. He had picked up some habits, like jumping and other intrusive behaviors that we wanted to curb before the baby comes. Antonio and the team did great, taking care of our boy and helping curb some of those behaviors. While still a puppy, there is a significant difference in how he responds, and he is so open and responsive to directions now! Our 11-year-old daughter can't believe how "calm" he is now...lol.
