I took my furbaby to Michelle for her first groom. She was very thorough and asked questions about my preference. She made suggestions, which I really appreciated. When I came back to get Maggie, she was snuggling on the loveseat with Michelle and another pup. She looks great and was not anxious or nervous which assured me that she was treated well. I will only take her to Michelle for future grooms. I was completely comfortable leaving her in Michelle's care and my trust was not misplaced. Thank you again!

When we acquired two Malinois puppies in a relatively short time, we quickly realized that we needed help in order to be able to manage them. ORO is local to me, and I feel so fortunate to find them! After 3 week board and training sessions for Xena and Aries, they came home more confident, and a solid foundation of obedience. Any and all questions pertaining to training are addressed before we left, but we still have home visits, to address things happening in the home environment, and support whenever we need it. As an added bonus, there is a wonderful groomer onsite, who is all about making a positive grooming experience for dogs!
