We adopted a beautiful ~2 year old pibble mix Tug last summer from the shelter and he was as sweet as can be but had So much energy and needed to learn some manners. I started taking Tug to doggy daycare at OTC to burn off some energy and he Loved it and loved the coaches. So I decided to do the 2 week Well Manners board and train recently and I'm very happy with the results. No more jumping all over us when excited. No more pulling on the leash, no more losing his mind when he sees other dogs when we're on walks. He's learned his commands and is just such a better behaved pup. He Loves Tyler who was one of his trainers. We did our first group training class this weekend (free for life after the 2 week program 🤗 ) and it is Hugely helpful to keep practicing what Tug learned and getting help from the excellent trainers. Thanks OTC for helping my adopted Tuggert become an excellent dog!! 100% recommend OTCK9!!

I cannot say enough good things about the team here! Finding a place you can trust with your dog is always a bit nerve-wracking, but the staff at this facility is absolutely amazing. From the moment we walk through the door, it’s clear how much they genuinely care about every dog in their building. They don’t just "watch" the dogs; they engage with them, understand their unique personalities, and treat them like family. The best part is the peace of mind it gives me while I’m at work. My dog is always so excited to go—the second we pull into the parking lot, the tail starts wagging and he can’t wait to get inside to play. It is such a relief knowing that while I’m busy, he is having the time of his life in a safe, structured, and incredibly caring environment. He comes home happy, well-exercised, and clearly loved. If you are looking for a facility that combines professional training with a heartfelt passion for animals, this is definitely the place!

I recently enrolled my dog in a training program at OTCK9 Academy, and overall, it was a very positive experience. From the start, the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about working with dogs of all breeds and temperaments. The trainers took the time to understand my dog’s specific behavior issues and tailored their approach accordingly. I appreciated how they explained the techniques they were using, which made it easier for me to reinforce the training at home. The sessions were well-structured, engaging, and focused on positive reinforcement, which helped build trust between me and my dog. Over the course of the program, I noticed a significant improvement in my dog’s obedience, responsiveness, and overall behavior. Commands like sit, stay, and recall became much more reliable, and even some of the more challenging habits started to improve. The facility was clean and organized, and scheduling sessions was straightforward. I believe the quality of training and results make it a worthwhile investment. OTCK9 is truly the best of the best. They were incredible when it came to training and improving the manners of my two large dogs. More recently, they’ve gone above and beyond to support me through a very complex and emotional situation with my dogs. They’ve made house visits, spent countless hours on the phone with me, and even accompanied me to the vet to help discuss medication options. Who does that? OTCK9 does. They are so much more than a training facility—you and your dogs become family. They are always there when you need them, and I truly mean always. Their passion for what they do shines through in the level of care and dedication they show. I cannot recommend them enough. They will love and care for your dog just as much as you do.
