Out of the Bark - Dog & Puppy Training

Out of the Bark was absolutely amazing! Our puppy Luna is an Aussiedoodle and I first contacted 3 local trainers. Out of the Bark checked all the boxes in what I was looking for so I went with them. Dan and Megha came over for a consult and gave me so much insight on their process and goals. They provided a wealth of knowledge and expertise in behavior and dog training techniques. They focus on positive reinforcement methods and reward based training to encourage desired behaviors in dogs. This approach gave my family the results we wanted and it created a great bond between us and our puppy Luna. Throughout the training I could send Megha videos and ask questions and she would be very quick to answer and give me advice. I have referred people in my neighborhood to Megha and I wouldn’t hesitate to refer Out of the Bark to anyone who asks.

We engaged Dan and Megha to help with our dog. The dog is sweet around people, but can be unpredictable and difficult around other dogs, particularly small dogs. After working with Dan and Megha, our dog's behavior is near perfect. When we go for walks, and encounter another dog, Sage is calm and easy to manage, even when the other dog is barking and acting aggressively. They really understand dogs and how to modify behavior. Megha and Dan are just fantastic. I worked with them to teach my rescue dog... everything and now he is so well behaved. They do a great job of teaching you how to work with your dog, modifying techniques to suit your dog, demonstrating and giving feedback. My dog absolutely loves them and gets so excited when he hears or sees them. A big difference from him being wary of them the first day. Would 110% go back if my dog ever needs more training.
