Adam is the best! We have been in his therapy dog training program for two months, and it has been comprehensive, thorough, and effective. Adam is collaborative when targeting skills we still need to work on, and he knows exactly how to help dogs (and people) to push past limitations to succeed. In the past I’ve found dog training classes to be dry, boring, and a little stressful. Adam makes it fun, and I leave every class feeling proud of the progress my dog and I have made. Working with Adam has been nothing short of a wonderful experience!

I can’t speak to Adam’s qualifications or competence when it comes to dog training, but regarding dog boarding, if reliability and punctuality matter to you, you should look elsewhere. My dog seems to like Adam well enough, but one has to have more than an ability to get along with dogs in order to run a decent dog-boarding business, and from what I can tell from my 2 boarding experiences, Adam and his staff are decidedly lacking in everything else. I won’t return.

I enrolled my dog in therapy dog training with Pack-9 Training with high hopes of gaining the necessary skills and certification to provide comfort and companionship to those in need. Unfortunately, my experience with this training program has left me disappointed and frustrated. The program advertises six structured sessions, promising a comprehensive curriculum to equip both dog and owner for the rewarding journey ahead. From the very beginning, the training sessions were marked with disorganization. After attending two sessions, it was evident that there was no clear outline or goals for each session, leading to a chaotic approach that did not effectively address training needs. Adding to the frustration was Adam’s constant tardiness. Time and time again, I found myself waiting around, wasting valuable time, and feeling like my time was not respected. This lack of punctuality not only demonstrated a lack of professionalism but also disrupted the flow of the training sessions. Due to these circumstances, I chose to stop the program after two (of supposed six) sessions. The promise of a 50% refund for the subpar training experience has yet to be fulfilled. Despite numerous attempts to reach out and inquire about the refund, I have been met with empty promises.

We sent Enzo to Adam (Pack-9 Therapy Dog Training) to help him with his training. Ever since we got Enzo, we knew in our hearts that he would be an amazing therapy dog. Unfortunately, Enzo recently passed away and we are so broken but eternally grateful for Adam and his services. Adam helped Enzo become the absolute best version he could possibly be and we could not be more grateful for helping us! He even got to go to a therapy class at Aegis in Marymoor! Even if it was just once, he was able to fulfill our dream of him becoming our very own therapy boy. I could not recommend Adam enough and tell all of our friends about him. He is compassionate, understanding, and really loves dogs and their people. If you’re questioning whether or not to put your dog to training, I’m here to say you will not regret it! ❤️
