Clyde came from the shelter at age 2 with serious fear of people and a really bad nervous chewing habit. I wasn't sure I could handle this "special-needs" dog! I also had a big problem with my other dog, Bonnie, who was terrified of the dog next door and was barking at everything that moved. Sarah-Anne taught me (and demonstrated) how to give them both the firm and loving guidance they needed. She predicted that Clyde would soon show me just how smart and eager to please he was - and she was right! It was a real pleasure working with Sarah-Anne, her positive energy and her understanding of my dogs' needs gave me the confidence to hang in there with them, and the knowledge of how to change my behavior in subtle ways to get the results I wanted. Clyde is now a joyful, friendly guy who loves to learn tricks and is polite when he meets new people. He and Bonnie get along great, and she is easier to handle too.

We have a 130 pound Rottweiler named Moose. When you have a dog that large and take him out into the world he must be well behaved. Pack Dynamics LLC Helped us achieve that goal. With her help we can take Moose anywhere and he is a perfect gentleman! He was aggressive towards other dogs but Pack Dynamics LLC trained us on how to help him feel more comfortable and relaxed around other dogs. When we, not him, start to backslide, I pull out my Pack Dynamics LLC guide and do the things that are suggested just for Moose and he and we are good again and can just have human/dog fun again! We are so lucky to have worked with Sarah-Anne! We have a rescue dog who was mistreated in the past and had some behavioral issues. He was anxious of other people we encountered on hikes, had poor recall while off leash and separation anxiety while at home. Sarah-Anne was great at listening to our concerns and helped us to understand the root causes of his actions and how we can work with our dog to improve his behavior. We now have the tools so that we can go on walks that are low stress for us and our dog. He is able to heel and comes back to us when called even if off leash. While at home he will now lay down and relax even when we are leaving. His self control is so much improved. He will sit and wait for us to walk through the front door and walk with us to the car! We chose Sarah-Anne for training our new puppy. From the first visit where we learned her training philosophy ,essentially training us to become great communicators with our pup (and trainers) through the several sessions we had together with our pup, our experience and her support were great. She gave us the skills to really enjoy training with quick and lasting results. Her understanding of the canine mind is amazing . She taught us how to understand and interact with our pup yielding great results. When I encounter new people they are amazed that my puppy is only 7 months old with respect to his manners and behavior. Our ability to contact her for advice is a great bonus. I highly recommend Sara-Anne. Her personalized approach and time she spent with me and my dogs was worth every cent. I called Sara-Anne after adopting a long haired dachshund that had a lot of anxiety. She coached me through strategies to help my dog have less anxiety. Her approach worked 100% and my dog is completely different and RELAXED! I also called on Sara-Anne to help with my elderly dog to do Reiki for her pain. To see her using this healing approach and my elderly dog so relaxed, put my mind at ease. I called on Sara-Anne when my making end of life decisions for my elderly dachshund and she was able to do an intuitive reading. This made the hardest decision of my life so much easier. I appreciated her support through a very rough time. Again, her personalized approach was very apparent, even sending me a card and checking in on my several times. Finally, over a year after my first appointment with Sara-Anne, we had a follow up visit to review basics with my new french bulldog puppy!
