Sarah-Ann is beyond wonderful. Her calm presence is so needed when going through training. We spent a while looking for a trainer when we added our second pup to the family and knew we needed some direction. Many of the ones we looked at were board and stay programs or focused more on them being a pet that just stays in their place all the time. Our girls are our babies and they are a part of our family, we wanted to find a trainer that understood that and would help our relationship with them grow, enter Sarah-Ann. From our first contact with her we knew it was the right fit, she talked about our girls like they were a part of our family and assured us we could resolve the issues with a few training sessions. We were mostly looking to help our older pup transition to having a little sister, greeting people when they come over, and alert barking. Over our training sessions with Sarah-Ann we were able to learn tools to help the girls and have seen their relationship flourish since then. They are best friends and play together so well. Now we can be confident going places or having people over that we are doing the right thing and know how to listen to the girls. One of our favorite things about working with Sarah-Ann is the online course that comes with it. It is so helpful to have that to refer back to now that we have completed training. She is also available for questions and checks in a lot. We absolutely loved working with Sarah-Ann and are much more confident and capable dog owners now. Highly recommend working with her.

Our sweet pup had been re-homed twice before we brought her into our home. She was fearful of eating, reactive to almost everything while out for a walk, warned us of all the noises she heard in our home, and had separation anxiety. As you can see from the list, the transition to another home was hard for our pup. Sarah-Anne taught us how to be leaders for our pup and earn the dog's trust. Sarah-Anne is kind, compassionate and patient. Her approach was much different than what we had used in the past for our other dogs. She worked at our pace as well as our pup's pace to ensure success. The positive changes in our dog's behavior are amazing! We are so thankful to learn the Pack Dynamics approach and I would highly recommend Sarah-Anne.

I decided that during Covid it would be a great idea to get a dog! And, not just one dog, but two dogs. And not just any two dogs, but litter mate brothers. Oh boy! I had no idea what I was getting myself into and it's an understatement to say that I needed some help. Here comes Sarah Anne to the rescue. Chase and Lucky were having trouble in all areas. Separation anxiety, running away, jumping all over people, peeing/marking in the house, just to mention a few. With Sarah Anne’s approach to training, I really learned how to BE with my dogs so that can be the best version of themselves. I consistently worked on the training in the way I was guided, and today Lucky and I went for our first off leash run together, something that last summer, I never even imagined was possible! The dogs are doing so great that recently when a friend came over they asked it they could dog sit, as I have such amazing dogs! WOW. Thank you Sarah Anne! I have loved and cherished every moment of our time together.

My husband and I adopted a wonderful, loving Pit-Bull, Shadoe, from a local shelter. He was with us doing great, healing and recovering. One day while we were not keeping an eagle eye on him he jumped our fence to say hello to the neighbor dogs walking by. It was not received well. After this experience we contacted Sarah-Anne with Pack Dynamics. Sarah helped us to understand his unique dog species needs and why it is important to play the role of the pack leader to help Shadoe feel like he can relax and not assume the role of the responsible pack member. Slowly Shadoe emerged from his shell and his former neglect. Sarah-Anne came to our home 5 times while allowing personal practice in-between visits. Our homework was not always perfect but our success with Shadoe and his new training went exceptionally well. We are very grateful for our friendship and mentorship with Sarah-Anne and her professional yet compassionate approach to our rescue kid's needs. My Husband and I highly recommend the guidance of Pack Dynamics. Sarah-Anne's approach is logical and kind. Keeping in mind the language of canine is very different from human thoughts and values. Sarah-Ann is an incredible dog trainer and human. Her grounded, empathetic, and holistic approach to dog training has had such a positive impact on my relationship with my pup and the experiences we are now able to share together. Prior to Sarah-Ann, my pup struggled with separation anxiety and high-energy. Working with her I've been able to find new avenues of communicating with my pup, providing the confidence for both of us to hit the trail together, welcome others into our home, and spend time apart. I've seen so much growth in my pup, but also myself as the training provided the opportunity to look within for how I was showing up for my furry friend. She continues to check-in with us to see how we're doing and if there is anything else she can do to support.
