I cannot recommend Steve enough! He kept my Golden Retriever for a full month for training, and the difference is incredible. Not only did he help with obedience and behavior, but he truly cared for my dog like his own. I felt completely at ease knowing my pup was in such good hands. Steve was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He kept me updated throughout the training process and gave me the tools I needed to continue the progress at home. My dog came back more confident, well-behaved, and happy — and I owe that all to Steve’s expertise and dedication. If you’re looking for a dog trainer who goes above and beyond, Steve is your guy. He’s the best dog trainer I’ve ever met! When I first brought my dog home, she was 6months old and seemed really cautious probably because of her complicated previous living situation. She didn’t know any commands at all not even basic ones like “sit” or “follow.”…….She used to bark at my kids every day, which was really stressful. But after just two months of training, she’s become so much more confident and well behaved. I can tell she’s a lot happier now. My kids even say it’s like we have a brand new dog. She’s super friendly with them, and they’re so happy to have her truly home again!

This trainer is awesome! I’m a veteran with 4 combat tours. My family and I got reactive German Shepard that was barking at everyone. Our dog stayed two months with this trainer and has changed the direction of this dog. We were close to taking the dog back to the breeder. My family and I are very grateful. He has went as far as meeting us at locations where there are a lot of people so we can train with the dog as he watches from afar. Pack Leader is highly recommended!

Pack Leader, LLC is the best! We found Steve and Madison after bringing home a new puppy. Our 2.5 year old Golden Retriever, a sweet dog, but a bit of a mess growling and lunging at the puppy for no justifiable reason. He was a nightmare on a leash, lunging at cars, people, and other dogs. We sent both dogs to board and train with Steve and they came home a month ago as the best of friends. We have continued training with the foundation that they built with Steve. The positive difference in both dogs is astonishing. They are both, very focused, obedient, and overall calm. We have learned a lot in the process and would absolutely recommend Pack Leader to friends and family. I would do it all over again as the service that Steve provides is worth a million bucks! Steve and his facility are amazing. Our 4 month old treeing walker coonhound, Lizzy, arrived at his facility with her tail between her legs and no listening skills. She was standing at attention with her tail wagging the moment we picked her up after 4 weeks. Steve is a kind, calm, consistent and talented individual. Lizzy had some special veterinary needs as a young puppy and he was very flexible with her. One of the most unexpected outcomes was how he engaged our 7 year old to train Lizzy. The dog follows her commands beautifully. You will be thrilled with any training at A Pack Leader!
