Devlin is a miracle worker. We sent him our Husky Boxer mix who can be more than a handful and refused to listen. We got back a a dog that is so much more fun to run around and play with and most importantly behaves. He is just a better version of himself. Recently, I sent my golden doodle, 6 year old Churchill, and my son and daughter-in-laws’ 6 month old supermutt, Mable, to training with Devlin and Rachel. From my first contact, the professionalism in setting expectations and overall communication was excellent. It made me feel very comfortable sending my dogs with them for a month. During the training process, this level of professionalism continued. Their communication and understanding is exemplary. I felt more confident in my decision with each passing day. The responsiveness to my questions was always immediate. The updates through social media were always personal, entertaining and reassuring. When the session completed my dogs were delivered safely to my door. There we had a comprehensive class with Devlin. My view is this is the most important part…training the owner. He reviewed all commands and techniques for reinforcing the training while providing answers to all our questions. Devlin also extended an invitation to call him at anytime with any questions. I wish all service providers I deal with were as knowledgeable, professional and polite as Devlin and Rachel. Their work with my dog and my son’s, from 6 months to 6 years of age, was amazing. I can not give them any higher endorsement. Great experience and tremendous value!!!
