We had such a great experience with Devlin. We brought our pitbull puppy, Kova, to him because we wanted the freedom to be active with her—off-leash at the beach, on hikes, and in everyday life without stress. That’s exactly what we got! Kova now heels beautifully and we don’t even need a leash on walks, which still feels surreal. The level of trust, structure, and communication she has now has completely changed our day-to-day life with her. No more bolting out the front door. And no more pulling on the leash. We have received so many compliments walking her. His property out in the woods with horses and even a donkey adds to the experience and helps expose the dogs to different environments, which we loved. You can genuinely tell that Devlin and his wife, Rachel, love what they do. They care deeply about the dogs and the owners, and it shows in every part of the process. We can’t thank Devlin enough for the transformation in Mia’s and Buddy’s behavior. Getting two puppies at the same time wasn’t our best decision, especially considering our busy work schedule. Devlin had his work cut out for him, having to get the pups to unlearn some bad behaviors while learning some new ones. The change in their behavior is miraculous! Much less anxiety for us and for them. Buddy the Frenchie had become known by our family as “Taz” aka the Tasmanian Devil, but I’m happy to say that we can now retire that nickname. We are so thankful that we found Devlin and appreciate his patience with both the dogs and us! We have a dog trainer and friend for life, and will highly recommend Panhandle Dog Trainer to all of our friends.
