I have trained dogs for over 40 years both in Wisconsin and the Springfield, Mo area with too many trainers to count. Chuck and Robin at PapPaws are undeniably the best trainers I’ve ever worked with. I have trained German Shepherds, mutts, rescues and other pure breed dogs with various “professional dog trainers”. None come close to the talent, care and knowledge ofChuck and Robin. Their love, honesty, and care of both owner and dog are wonderful. I recommend them to anyone seeking training no matter the breed or skill set you want your dog partner to have these two people can make it happen.

Chuck and Robin are two of the most knowledgeable people I know when it comes to training. We have used them for many, many years for both training and boarding and our dogs. What I love the most is that they give you all the knowledge and skills to continue that training at home and are always there to answer questions after you take them home. They want both the owners and the dogs to thrive and be the happiest and best dogs they can be.

I went to Chuck and Robin years ago inquiring about training a dog for a particular disability. He looked into and got back to me. I wasn't yet ready. But when I did get my first GSD puppy 2 years ago, they worked with me in private training sessions as well as group training sessions that we still attend at the pace I can handle. They love all the dogs that come through their training firmly, building confidence and becoming their biggest cheerleader.
