Jeff and his team literally deserve 100/5 stars for how amazing their program is. Our boy Obi-Wan Kenobi had already had professional training done when he came to us and would still pee and poop on the floor, tear things apart, flip out if he was in his crate for even a few minutes, pee out the side of his crate, you name it. It was exhausting and as much as I loved his silly personality, I was at my wits end. Jeff was by far the most expensive person we consulted with, and that’s exactly why I chose him. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR and Paradigm is literally the best thing we ever did for our dog. Four weeks into his training and he got bit by an insect of some kind and had an allergic reaction. Not only were we two and a half hours away when this happened and Jeff handled everything LIKE A BOSS, but he also made a full recovery with no issues whatsoever because they were on top of his care at his facility & got him intervention immediately. This little blip resulted in a whole week of interrupted training. And guess what? Kenobi was A WHOLE DIFFERENT DOG, even at four weeks. JUST OVER THE HALFWAY MARK OF HIS TRAINING. Did I mention he’s a Pomeranian/Husky mix?? Two breeds to combine the most ornery, stubborn dogs and he was SO well behaved. By the time we got him back at week 6, he was by far the best behaved dog we have (and we have four currently). He follows his commands on the first try, he makes no sounds whatsoever when he is in his crate, and he actually sleeps in there now - and HAPPILY! If we put him in his crate before his training, he’d cry and pace and it didn’t stop until we let him out. Now he has no problems whatsoever! He stays in his crate any time we aren’t in the house with zero accidents, he is the ONLY dog we have that I can trust to walk off leash anywhere we go, his recall is unbelievable, and we lost his collar a few weeks ago and he STILL behaves this well without it. I cannot stress this enough, Jeff is THE BEST. The investment is WELL worth it for a dog that will be in your life for all of theirs. Thank you guys so much for making him the best boy we’ve ever had, I will be bringing ANY dog we get in the future back to you, no matter where we live or how far the drive. Thank you!!!!

We just picked up our year and half year old German Shepherd. With how hard headed he had already gotten I wasn’t sure what progress he’d have. After spending a little over 5 weeks here he came back a completely different dog when commanding, in the best way possible. Our pup can now enjoy leash-less walks, our guests can come in without worry of being jumped on. It is nice to have a dog who is well mannered but fun all in one. We ourselves failed training after training but thanks to the help of the Paradigm team he caught on & it stuck. We can’t thank them enough for what they did to help make his life happier and ours! We’d recommend them to anyone & will be back if ever we have another furry friend who needs trained!
