Paramount Dog Training

I got an American Bulldog (Andre) earlier this year that, despite having experience with bully breeds before, made me think that maybe I had bitten off more than I could chew. I had trained my own pets before, but I just couldn't reach Andre like I had my other dogs. Mike at Paramount Cleveland set my mind at ease in just the first evaluation class I went to. Over the following weeks, with consistent practice and work, I saw my dog's reactivity slowly start to fade away. He went from lunging, pulling, and whining/barking/making sounds I had never heard a dog make before, to now just playfully looking at other dogs as we walk by them. I was even able to dog sit a co-workers dog for a week shortly after my last session at Paramount, completely without incident. Before training, I would have never put Andre in a house, unsupervised, and with another dog. Andre is now good pals with 3 other dogs belonging to my friends. The price was also great. I was going in expecting to have to go through a board and train which can be pretty expensive. Mike wanted me to do the work as opposed to the board and train which saved on cost. Your situation and needs may be different, but based on what I was charged per weekly class, I'm going to assume that a board and train at Paramount is going to be less expensive than at other places. With a few weekly sessions, a lot of practice outside of class, and a price I could handle, I have a completely different dog. I have no doubt Andre is just going to get better and better because of the tools and guidance I received from Mike at Paramount Training. Very happy with the results!

I visited 2 dog trainers before Paramount and was ready for disappointment again but after the consultation I was already confident in their ability to train, soon after my german shepherd was dropped off for a 16 day stay and train after 7 days she was beyond well behaved and listening to commands on the 16th day I cant tell you how well she did with all verbal commands and listening both on and off the leash. I recommend Paramount to anyone who is looking for a trainer or stay and train as well as Tristan who worked with my dog. He was great and always was available for any questions I had throughout and after my training session was over.

Paramount is a fantastic company. I really cannot say enough good things about Paramount and especially Mike. I have two chihuahuas who needed a lot of help. Mike immediately recognized the problems and helped channel my dogs anxiety into healthy obedience. My dogs used to be aggressive, excessively bark at company, and be a nightmare to walk. After a month of sessions, they are happy, well behaved, and walk OFF leash perfectly. We recently had a birthday party for our 7 year old daughter. We have always had to crate our dogs for fear of them possibly nipping a visiting child or parent. This year after our paramount training, our dogs were out and about and playing with all the kids! It was a night and day difference! I recommend Paramount to anyone who has any issues with their dogs! Thank you Paramount and thank you Mike!
