FirstBarkMy experiences here have been great every time. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, it's clean, but above all, it's comfortable. I feel safe leaving my dog here. They really go out of their way to accommodate you and your pet. My dog comes home smelling amazing!

Worked here for years and I can say its the same as leaving your pets with family I've been taking my dog here her whole life she is pushing 15 years old now and I still make the trip form Rockwall to get a bath, stay, or just go swimming in the dog play pools because I know my girl is in the best hands here.
My dog Macy and I went through Basic Class and are now moving up to Advanced Class!! We love Park Cities and will continue to use them!
I have used PCOS for 5+ years now for two dogs for overnight boarding. They have always been very kind and professional, and have accomodated the needs of both of my dogs. The first dog I had was on special foods and medication and the staff did a great job of making sure she was always taken care of. My dogs have always been very happy at PCOS. I'd recommend them to anyone.
