Crystal is the absolute best. She offers perfectly sized classes that have helped my GSD puppy so much. He is able to learn with several different dogs while being socialized and having fun. She offers many different fun activities for all of her clients; for example she introduced us to a personal protection trainer, which he seemed to really enjoy. She also schedules group walking sessions with other dogs around the park or in fun areas like Meckley’s. We have sat and chatted for large amounts of time and she cares so much about our pup’s needs. He has advanced quickly and is very well behaved in public settings and listens well to commands. We feel like he gets so much from each class and we look forward to coming every week to see Crystal, Taylor, Amy, and his other pup friends (mainly his Golden Retriever friend, Cooper)! We want to continue taking Crystal’s classes for as long as possible! FYI- Attached is a picture of Cooper and Buz!

Me and the owner talked multiple times about needing class on a Sunday. So I showed up to my Sunday class and the owner walks out and starts out with “who are you?” Not even hello or anything. I said my name and she goes “your class was yesterday”. I said “no I specifically asked for Sunday classes.” She then said “I don’t think so but I guess I’ll go check.” She went back into the building and was talking rudely to the other people about me. She then come out and said that the way my dog is acting (sitting next to me calmly in the parking lot) and the miscommunication that I can not be in this advanced class and she could refund me when it’s convenient for her and when she’s not so busy. I would not recommend going to this puppy trainer at all. She was very rude and not friendly.

My Dog Cooper is an 11 month old Golden Retriever. He is the class clown and it takes him 20 mins to settle before he's ready to work :). Crystal and all her staff or so helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Class sizes are appropriate and you get a lot of one on one attention from more than one instructor. We took the summer off and picked back up this fall and I still see value in every class we take. I'm still learning and so is Cooper! I also liked that Crystal has a lot of supplies on hand that you need for training and you can buy right from her before you leave.

We signed up for Basic 1 obedience class which was supposed to start on may 14th. The first class was rescheduled for may 21st due to medical reasons which was reasonable. But since then, approximately 4 other classes were cancelled or rescheduled. This was inconsistent and inconvenient for me and my dog. This class should have ended June 11th but we are still only on the 3rd or 4th class. This no longer works with my schedule and they are not accommodating. We also thought that training was a waste of time because our dog already knew most of the commands they taught. I felt like they didn’t value personal growth of each pet, instead valued our money. They should have recognized that our pet already knew the basic 1 commands and moved us up to basic 2 so it wasn’t a waste of time and money. We unfortunately have to bite the bullet with our money because Crystal refused to give us a refund. Do not come here to train your dog. There are other places in the area that are cheaper and offer more.
