I am very passionate about my work, I find training dogs for families very rewarding and I guarantee my work as long as you work hard. All you need to do is come to class, be excited to learn, do your homework and ask questions when you have them! A little about me… I’ve professionally trained with and worked under 3 certified trainers while I lived in California, we worked with active duty Marines, Veterans, and Civilians and trained service dogs. Çrystal is a very good trainer she helped get my lab under control I was impressed with her knowledge not only of dogs but people also. I think her training of me as how to talk to my dog so he would listen, changed our relationship for the better. I now tell everyone about her and how beneficial a professional trainer can be.

We have been taking our 5 month golden retriever here since he was 3 months old and it is absolutely wonderful! He is learning so much as are we being new puppy parents. He went to puppy camp and after 5 days he was no longer chewing on our hands! He enjoys going to every class and we love the special attention we get if we are struggling with things. They are great with answering questions and asking your specific goals for your pup.
Crystal and her team are awesome trainers. I have a quite anxious GSD and Crystal was able to show me that if I keep the confidence that Roxy would follow suite. Her guidance has made our trips in public so much more pleasant. Just got a new puppy cannot wait to start classes with him!!!

Sent an online query about puppy classes and was given a single sentence response after several days saying a puppy class was available. I’ve called several times and left messages since about signing up but haven’t had any of my calls returned. I will update review if this changes but as of now their customer responsiveness leaves a lot to be desired! EDIT: updating review, as I was contacted after leaving this. An injury to the trainer on site slowed their response, which is understandable! I'm changing from 1 to 3 stars for now and will update again after our training classes have started and I have further experience with the company.
