Love this place! I never thought my 2 year old shih tzu poodle mix would ever learn a trick! He was very food motivated… to the point that he did every trick at once in order to get the treat. He also was very stubborn and would never hold a command. After basic training with Crystal he can hold the commands sit, lay down, stay, and leave it! He also has an amazing recall and has gained the confidence to interact with other dogs and people. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Crystal, at this point you have stolen $211 from me for a shock collar I ordered in very early 2021that I have yet to receive. I have emailed you several times. I left a comment on one of your Facebook threads where you directly responded to me saying you check your Passion Fur Paws email. I find it hard that you would miss emails months and months over. Either you issue me a refund, or I will also be contacting the BBB. I am no longer in need of the shock collar, since I had to find another avenue for training. This is over an above the remainder of my $250 in advance payment for classes that I don't even want because the training techniques were not suitable for my unique situation. I gave you several fair chances.

If you’re looking for complete and utter unprofessionalism then this is the place for you. If you’re looking for a business that will not answer the phone, emails, texts, and even block your phone number, this is the place for you. If you’re looking to waste time and money on a class that will never happen, this is the place for you. Don’t take a class from this lady, she will reschedule on you and god forbid if you have to reschedule or cancel due to the same issue. You WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND! I repeat for anyone considering this place, go somewhere else. She is a crook and will take your money and have nothing to show for it. Good luck to any current clients. I have no idea how she is still in business. She and this business is a complete joke. I’ve seen kids run a lemonade stand better than her….

Crystal is AMAZING!! She is always there when we have a question or are having any sort of issue or trouble. She has done one on one training with our GSD and I and I couldn’t be more satisfied. She truly cares about the outcome of your pups training and the relationship between dog and owner. She has plenty of experience and has helped us with every need we have had. She is amazing with all dogs and we have appreciated everything she has done with and for us and continues to do!! 100/10!
