Every time I tried, I got nervous because I mistook his behavior for aggression. I’m no small guy at 180 lbs, but after being bitten on the face breaking up a dog fight when I was younger, I had some understandable hesitation. After running out of ideas, I met Pat and scheduled a consultation with my wife. From the start, he was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He didn’t just work with our dog—he taught us step-by-step, giving us the tools and confidence to better understand our big guy’s behavior. The most eye-opening moment was when we introduced my dog to Pat’s dogs and realized he wasn’t aggressive at all—I simply didn’t know how to read his body language. Pat showed us how to communicate with him effectively, and the difference has been life-changing. I can’t recommend Pat enough. If you’re on the fence, give him a chance. I’m so glad we did, and we’ll never regret it.

Pat is a great dog and human trainer. He not only makes sure the dog follows the commands but also coaches the owner to be the leader their dog needs. My wife and I did his board and train program. He came out to our home prior and with 1 one hour visit, we noticed a huge difference in our 5 month GSD pup. With regular videos of our dog we were kept up to date with his activities and training. We picked him up today and when we got home it was a much better experience. I couldn’t recommend Pat’s Pack enough.
