Patient Paws Positive Dog Training

As a family we took our puppy to Cindy at Patient Paws for puppy class. This basically teaches you how to be a good dog parent. Following Cindy’s lead, we had great results with both our puppy and us. Cindy is thorough, answers all questions, and let’s you be confident you are doing the best for your dog in a calm and supportive manner. She has been available for all our individual needs and questions as first time dog parents. Thank you Cindy.

This was the best experience. My husband and I got our first pup Maverick, and I immediately looked into classes because we wanted to best start for our boy. Through Cindy’s 5 week course, he learned so much and excelled wonderfully. I hope people understand that you are not paying her to train your dog for you. She gives you the tools you need to train your pup and build that trust and works with you so you need to be ready to put the work in to see the results. We appreciate everything Cindy did for us, it was something we looked forward to every week. Will definitely be calling her again for more classes or if we ever get another pup! ;)

I left a voice mail yesterday to inquire openings for her puppy training class... I received a call today with a real short and snippy tone like "well tell me about your dog..." I begin to state he is a 6 month old Mountain Feist... This woman cuts me off asking me "what?" 2 times so I finally spell it for her... For her to inform me she has been doing this for 20 years and she's never heard of one before... Okay on top of your rudeness, I'll be seeking services elsewhere. For someone who has 20 years experience and you don't know a certain breed to the point where you almost badger me as if I'm making it up...(he's registered with the NKC) No thanks. I'll leave my experience here for others and take my family's hard earned money elsewhere! Good luck! 💥💥💥💥💥Edited to add: I am completely mind blown. Upon leaving this review, this woman calls my phone, and I did not answer. So she further texts my phone this!!! "Hi Amber, I was in no way trying to be rude. I'm sorry if you thought that. I was having a very hard time hearing you. Now that you left me a bad review for a three minute conversation. Tells me a lot about you as well. Small businesses are struggling right now. Thank you for your kindness!" And then continues to go back and forth harassing me on my phone.. Me:Oh wow.. Well perhaps you should be more conscious of how you are speaking to people. And then for you to message me?? Are you kidding?" CINDY: Right back at you. I'm relieved. Me: "You're unstable. And I didn't lie in my review. I wasn't nasty. If you don't like it then like I said, maybe you want to reconsider how you talk to people when you are the owner of a small business!! Don't text my phone again please! Thank you." Do not give this woman business. I'm floored

Cindy and her staff were very attentive. There were only four dogs, so we received a lot of one on one help. She's very knowledgeable. I am a first time fur mommy so I appreciated all the advice. She has some great training videos on her Patient Paws Facebook that I watched ahead of time. She shows you with a dog helper what she would like you to accomplish and then you work on the command. She helped build my confidence with our rescue pup. He's a changed dog. He was craving this attention.
