Hi Chachi, We take all feedback very seriously and are committed to the health and well being of every dog in our care. We have thoroughly checked our records and have no record of your name, or a situation matching the details in your review. Our facility follows strict protocols, including daily sanitization of all dog runs, play yards, and kennels. Additionally we report on training goals and progress throughout the dog's stay and extensively train the dog’s owner at the completion of their board and train. In addition to this, we provide remote support for the lifetime of the dog, and a free one hour session at your home or at ours. The complaint regarding multiple vet visits for worms, it’s simply never happened here. In terms of the unresolved training issues, no problem behavior can be "trained out". Once it's been allowed to progress, training is only reducing the likelihood the behavior will happen again. If I return your dog and you allow the behavior to return, despite my instruction, then the behavior overcomes the training eventually. I tell that to every client I speak to. Being that, I can’t see any record of you being a client of mine, this would be a lesson you didn’t receive. It would also explain why I don’t recall a client contacting me about these issues.
