The school and staff seemed nice. The puppy socialization class kinderpup1 is always full on Saturday and Sunday and you will have to be on a waitlist unless you schedule 3-4 weeks out which is a problem if you’re trying to get your 8-16 week old puppy in socialization classes. Kinderpup2 classes are not held on weekends. I had a very hard time scheduling anything. You also have to purchase packs of classes which do expire which would not be a problem if they didn’t oversell their product. They did refund the classes, but withheld $35 as a fee. So beware purchasing a training pack for puppy socialization. In my case I had to go elsewhere and ended up paying $35 to be on waitlists.
Great place to go and train your pup! Instructors give you step by step procedures on the basics of what owners should expect with their dog as well as handouts that go over everything done in class in detail. Definitely consider a few classes with them to get started if you’re a first time dog owner like myself!
We LOVE paw school! Our pup always is so excited to attend and the training has been transformative!
