Skye is truly a godsend. I am so incredibly grateful for the transformation she was able to achieve with my very stubborn frenchie, Zeus. I initially sought training because I had just welcomed a baby and Zeus did not do well around children. After 3 weeks with Skye, Zeus returned home a completely different dog, in the best way possible. He is still his playful self, but he is noticeably calmer and able to peacefully coexist with the baby which was exactly my goal. Skye is an excellent communicator who genuinely cares about each dog's success. She is thorough, patient (with dogs and their owners), and so clearly passionate about her work. My only regret was not finding her sooner. I am so grateful for her help and will absolutely work with her again in the future.

Sending my mini dachshund, Frank, to Pawpano Beach Dog Training was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. At just about a year old, he was struggling with severe separation anxiety, needed crate training, and wasn’t fully potty trained. From the very first time I reached out, Skye spent over an hour on the phone with me walking through her process and setting clear expectations. She is incredibly kind, and I immediately knew she was the perfect fit for Frank. You can genuinely tell she loves what she does. Her focus on building his confidence made all the difference, and it truly shows. She sends daily updates with photos and videos and walks you through everything they’ve been working on, which made the entire process even more reassuring. The transformation has been nothing short of amazing. It’s honestly night and day from where we started. I can’t fully put into words how grateful I am for Skye and the care, time, and effort she puts into every dog she works with. She truly is the best in the business.

Selecting a dog trainer is not a light decision requiring serious consideration. We were not about to trust our 7mo Havanese/mix rescue pup, Blu, with just anyone. I spoke with 5 or 6 trainers and met with 2 others in person before entrusting Blu to Skye Goodwin. Skye was the right choice. Blu needed real help as he came to us with a reactivity problem to other dogs. He needed to build confidence and needed to learn skills so he could navigate challenging environments. We began with 2 weeks of daily session training and continued with another 2 weeks. Skye did great work building a foundation of obedience commands, walking on a leash, crate and place training, and introduced him to an e-collar while acclimating Blu to other dogs. Her enthusiasm, personal touch, and genuine care for Blu was obvious. He has come a long way because Skye was patient working with him. And while he was nervous on day one or two, by day three and four Blu just lit up whenever he saw her. Blu's development is ongoing, but now he's gotten the right start in life. A nervous dog isn't "fixed" in a month. It's an ongoing progression. We could not have managed any of it without Skye's help. That is a fact. Skye's professionalism is unmatched with daily updates and videos of the sessions. Generous and conscientious with her time, there was never a moment of feeling rushed. We met weekly and she gave us the instruction we needed to continue his progress. On a personal note, Skye is an absolute gem inside and out. It's been a privilege and pleasure to come to know her. You will find no one better or more genuine. I can tell you with 100% certainty, if you are looking for someone to trust in training your dog and working with you to properly handle your dog, look no further.

Skye is an amazing dog trainer with the perfect amount of knowledge, professionalism, and warmth! I was so nervous to leave my puppy with anyone for 3 weeks, but after speaking to Skye, my nerves were calmed. It’s clear she loves and cares about the dogs in her care. My 1 year old cockapoo came to her with a lot of negative behaviors- demand barking, jumping, mouthiness, and not well potty or crate trained. He came back improved significantly in all of these areas. During the boarding, she updated me regularly with photos of my dog and videos of the training. She helped me follow her schedule and routine, but aligned it to my life and work schedule. She was always available after his boarding, with sessions for integration back home and for things that came up for me once he was back. She has a lot of experience working with doodles which was also beneficial for us. I highly recommend Skye and PawpanoDogtraining to anyone looking to train their dog and have a more calm and happy life with their dog!

Skye is absolutely amazing! We sent our 5 year old golden retriever, Penny, to Skye for her 3 week board and train program to work on establishing a calm state of mind, pulling on the leash, manners inside the home and out in public. Skye did a phenomenal job in training Penny in all of these aspects, and we really appreciated her daily updates via photos and videos that demonstrated all the progress Penny was making. Skye has been super helpful and reassuring throughout this whole process and I am so grateful we chose her. Penny is now extremely responsive and more obedient during leash walking and to basic commands, she has the ability now to self regulate and stay calm when asked, and she does so well in public areas, feeling less afraid! It’s never easy leaving your fur baby, but you can tell Skye has a deep love and passion for what she does, which made our decision to had Penny train with Skye that much easier. Thank you, Skye!!
