Hector was absolutely incredible. Within minutes, he helped my little Kini calm down and work through his little terrier personality. He didn’t just train my dog, he taught me with so much patience and in a way that was genuinely fun and easy to understand. You can tell he is incredibly gifted and truly knows what he’s doing. It’s rare to find someone who clearly loves their job, and it shows in every part of his work. I couldn’t recommend him enough. 🤍

I can’t say enough great things about Paws Down Best Dog Training! He did an incredible job training my daughter’s dog, Storm, in his service dog training. From the very beginning, he was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and dedicated, making sure Storm learned each skill with confidence. Storm has grown into such a well-behaved and reliable service dog he even goes into his crate by himself at bedtime now! The trainer always took the time to explain the process, answer every question, and make sure we fully understood how to continue reinforcing the training at home. You can tell he truly cares about the dogs he works with and treats them like his own. Storm’s progress has been life-changing for us, and we’re so grateful for everything he’s done. *****PAW-SITIVE REVIEW***** We have four lovable, but at the time, untrained dogs. Due to financial constraints, training was not feasible...until we met Hector Hammer. After reading countless 5 star reviews, I decided to become a customer based on those stellar comments. I am super excited to be another 5 star customer! *****DOG TRAINING***** We started with my 2 most difficult dogs, the males in June. Prior to training, they were my two escape artists, aggressive to other dogs, and totally un-walkable. The results were ASTRONOMICAL. Within 2 weeks, we were able to notice and remarkable difference. They were interactive with other dogs, walking on command, and overall great listening dogs. We are currently in October 2025. My four dogs are still able to walk like champions, perform commands on demand, and are very happy. *****DOG BOARDING***** During my 4 dog's stay, Hector maintained consistent communication. We had daily pictures, sweet video messages, and all noticeable love and respect for my fur babies. The facilities noted in the pictures and videos were very clean and organized. The night time sleep set up blew my mind. Hector included calm lighting, relaxing music, and soothing natural scents like sage. My dogs were incredibly lucky! *****DOG TRANSPORTATION***** I had been researching and interviewing multiple companies to get my dogs transferred from El Paso to Hawaii. Every person I encountered felt like a cold business transaction. I was sharing this with Hector and little to my knowledge, he was already interested in starting dog transportation component to his business. What luck! Hector always kept dog safety at the forefront of every conversation. He again provided frequent updates, video messages, and always ensured I was satisfied through each step of the process. My four dogs transported safely and efficiently to Hawaii. Hector and I worked meticulously to ensure we had accurate documentation to adhere to Hawaii's stringent policies and timelines. Once they all landed, Hector walked the dogs over to the quarantine station and completed all necessary paperwork for direct release. This allowed me to avoid hefty overnight boarding fines. All four dogs were received well nourished, well behaved, and in great spirits despite the daunting transportation process. *****MAHALO AND ALOHA***** As of today, October 1, my boys and I are so thankful for Paws Down Best Dog Training (and boarding and transportation!!) The training my dogs received is evident as we enjoy nightly walks with ALL FOUR dogs. (still mind blowing) Hector Hammer is the best investment I could have made. He ensured my dog's safety was always top priority. His communication methods are those of which I would challenge any business owner to take on.
