Paws from Heaven Dog Training

We saw Melissa for training our Lab puppy Finn. It was a great experience and Melissa helped us through some training to help Finn walk well on the lease,stop jumping on everyone and other issues. We did 12 weeks of training and our ultimate goal was to have Finn be off leash and be able to walk around our property. We achieved that and what a wonderful feeling to have a dog who can walk with you by your side. Finn was very calm during training sessions. Melissa and Finn had a great respect for one another and she made training fun. My husband and I are more than happy with Melissa. She really knows her dogs and training. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

I contacted Melissa to help with leash walking, reactivity and recall for my pup. We tightened up her obedience and then moved onto ecollar training, with the dream of hiking off-leash. The process worked and we are there... Posy now enjoys an amazing life of romping and playing freely in nature... and being calm and well-mannered (usually) in public. Melissa was super patient with me... the dog was fine. She was flexible and reliable. The one-on-one training was very effective... prior group training was fun but didn't give us the desired results. We will continue training on our own and return to Melissa for tune-ups in the future.
