Paws in Motion of CNY Dog Training and Pet Services

I prepaid for a training package and only used the first few visits and the owner stopped returning my texts and Facebook messages. I reached out multiple times after our first couple of sessions and Melanie finally got back to me and apologize for taking so long to respond but stated that a family member had some health issues. I was very understanding and didn’t contact her again for about two months. I then noticed that she was taking clients again, so I attempted to contact her again, through text and Facebook messenger, to set up our last two sessions that we had prepaid for and she has not responded to me. My final communication to her was requesting a refund of the two sessions that we prepaid and I have still not received any response.
