Usually we report reviews for internet trolling, however this time we are choosing to respond. We use the tools listed on our website, yes, the Pet Safe bark collar is used as a training tool, we do not use "shock collars." Last Spring, a patron did try to file a complaint in regards to our services with Animal Control, which was a failure before court, the DA could see her blatant lies, "she said statements" without proof. Her first dog put an employee in the hospital with 5 holes to her hand. This same dog tore through 11 fences and bit 2 other handlers. Clearly an untrained unaltered male, that is considered potentially dangerous. This patron's second dog was suffering Adisons Disease, and after leaving our care died after 10 days, from his on-going health struggles and an overdose of the ingredients found in marajuana cultivation fertilizer--- yes, an endocropsy was completed by a DVM. The owner is a marajuana cultivation business owner. This same patron tried to civil sue us when her lies did not stand up to the DA. Again, her lies were dismissed by a judge, she was ordered to pay for PPDT attorney fees and facility damages--- she has not paid her boarding fees, nor has she paid her court ordered judgement---instead she manipulates you and others to write reviews such as the above you have posted. Now I will state, please remove your review, you have never been served as a patron--- you have been manipulated by Ariel Johnson-Carrol, as have the other 2 negative review people. Sad that 😢 you have been manipulated, but praise to the courts for giving us the justice we deserve 🙏.

We don't have you as a patron we have serviced at PPDT. Perhaps you are thinking of another place. We do try to be accommodating, if you stopped by you would clearly see we love our jobs and our pack...and see why your negative review is in such a minority. Our boarding accommodations in the PAWdocks are fabulous, laminate flooring, well insulated, battery backed up solar heat/air, indoor/outdoor access 24/7, and dogs get to have slumber pawties with friends, (and those that don't play nicely with others are excluded until they learn how to get along.) Owners that choose us see LIVE and candid video of their dogs playing with their friends online.
